Soulscape

What to say about this retreat. Except that, community feels now more important than ever, and that as soon as I found this beautiful home I felt the call to make something special happen here. 2020/21 delivered some hard blows but I know something magical is brewing underneath it. Things have changed, and we as well have been changed. This retreat, nestled just before the start of a new season will be a chance to unearth it all. An awakening, an unraveling, a re-birth.

Location
Set amidst rolling hills, olive groves, and ancient vineyards, this luxurious hilltop retreat is the perfect place to unwind and press reset. It sits adjacent to its sister property, and is 10 minutes from the coast, with stunning views of the Adriatic sea.
This space was designed with retreats in mind. Spend your days relaxing in the spa or reading by the infinity pool, and cozy up by the fire with a glass of wine during the evening.
Le Marche itself is one of Italy's most unspoiled and picturesque regions. It offers all the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Tuscany without the crowds. There is an authenticity about the way of life and the seasons lead the daily rhythms of the people. Think quiet beaches, breathtaking mountain ranges, and charming historic towns, and we'll have 7 days here to experience all it has to offer.

Food
The food will be representative of the culture, with an emphasis on sustainability, using seasonal, local ingredients. Think farm - table fresh. Meals will be heavily veg-centric, with options like eggs, cheese and catch of the day if it’s fresh out of the sea and sustainable. We feel strongly about creating a supportive, judgement-free environment so all food choices will be welcomed and respected. You can let us know more about your dietary requirements when you book.
Yoga
All levels are welcome, but I do recommend having a regular practice for at least a month before embarking on this retreat as we will be spending a lot of time on our mats. If you've yet to practice with me, I also suggest familiarizing yourself with my style of teaching by taking part in some of my online classes.
That said, I aim to create a welcoming space for all students - new and experienced - to find grounding and adventure on their mats. My sequences are challenging yet attainable, and I encourage students to achieve their goals in a safe and supportive learning environment. I give options and variations for all so you can tailor classes to your needs and/or moods. Some days I like to be pushed, other days I like to rest and those two states of mind are weaved into all of my classes.
Getting There
The closest airport is Ancona, approximately half-hour away. Though, you can also fly to Pescara [1h30] or Rome [3h] depending on where you are coming from. Due to the nature of moving flights in 2020/21, transfers to and from the airport are not included, but we can arrange them for you and will connect you with guests from the same flight. There are currently two flights from London, though this may change. If your arrival time is early, we can arrange a bag drop-off and offer a lunch suggestion. If your arrival time is late, we will make sure you are fed and taken care of when you arrive.
